Two years and counting..

a new dawn

a new dawn

I have been up and blogging since 2 years now and I realized that when I got an email alert from WordPress last week. Though frankly looking at the numbers, my posts have drastically plateaued from 2 posts a week to once in almost two months. While the early months of PG life seemed easy going, as time went by things kept getting hectic. Initially the pressures of the job and the responsibility, later the post work hours of reading required to stay in the loop hardly spares a breath.

Had been away from social networks for 2 weeks and was on a fast prior to visiting Sabarimala day before. The journey was rewarding having spent some wonderful time with family and friends. Having taken time off this weekend, it is nice to recharge a bit before heading back to work next week.

Another good friend of mine is getting married tomorrow and I am looking forward to catching up with friends there. The weekend would be perfect to sign out with the Manchester Derby due. I hope this is a start to a number of posts the forthcoming year.

6 years of Med school and beyond, I can’t put to words how much my reading|writing has been limited to voluminous  medical texts and the occasional  fictions of Dan Brown or Robin Cook

I hope to rectify this by doing a bit of blogging. I am new to this venture, spending plenty of unproductive hours of my leisure time in social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter.

This first post is off my Android phone.. HTC Legend.. and I hope to put up something as soon as I can. 🙂
