Back to the Grind


Officially got cleared to set both feet on ground. Was dead tired come the end of a long day but glad am up and moving about again. This month’s physio will be crucial to develop my quads and hamstrings. In the meantime, also glad to get back to the work grind. Staying away from work for a month needs quite a lot of motivation to return to. At the moment, I feel lost and need to settle in quick. Until later when I do get more time.
